If you are a current client we ask that you request a refill of your pet’s medications using the form below so that it makes it to our pharmacy team. Please note that we require 24 hours’ notice to receive and review your requests. Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received.

In order to serve you better, please read the following prior to requesting your pet’s medication:

  • We require at least 24 business hours of notice for general medication refills.
  • Any medications that need to be ordered from our compounding pharmacy require at least 10 days of notice.
  • If your pet has not had an annual exam within the past 12 months they will need to have an appointment before your request can be processed.
  • Please allow 24 business hours for a reply from a team member.
  • Please do not follow up unless 48 hours have passed.
