Our Cancellation Policy

​As a busy independently owned small business, we do our best to remind you of your appointment via email and text. A veterinary/client relationship is built on mutual trust and respect. As such, we strive to be on time for your scheduled appointments and ask that you give us the courtesy of a call when you cannot keep your appointment. If a client cancels without advance notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. For this reason, we have a No-Show & Cancellation Policy. If you must cancel your appointment, we request a call or email at least 24 hours before your pet’s appointment. We understand life happens, so if you need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, please let us know. This allows us to accommodate other patients who may require prompt medical care! 

Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens, so we accommodate two late cancellations. After two late cancellations/no-shows, our cancellation policy comes into effect which prevents booking an appointment without a deposit. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time and a no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. When booking online or on the phone, we will ask for your deposit of $97. If you do not attend your appointment we will charge a $97 missed appointment fee, otherwise your deposit will be applied to your appointment.
