If you are a current client we ask that you request a refill of your pet’s medications using this form so that we can pass it over to the pharmacy team. Please note that we require 24 hours’ notice to receive and review your requests. Requests will be reviewed in the order they are received.

Please watch your email after submitting so you can approve your invoice.

Please note that the reception team cannot answer questions about medication, so filling out the refill form is the best way to connect about medication refills to ensure the appropriate team member can help you best!

How To Refill Medication

Please use the link to the bottom-right to order your medication via OTTO.

In order to serve you better, please read the following prior to requesting your pet’s medication:

  • We require at least 24 business hours of notice for general medication refills.
  • Any medications that need to be ordered from our compounding pharmacy require at least 10 days of notice.
  • If your pet has not had an annual exam within the past 12 months they will need to have an appointment before your request can be processed.
  • Please allow 24 business hours for a reply from a team member.
  • Please do not follow up unless 48 hours have passed.
